PromptWrap stores prompt history only in server memory for the active runtime session. No database persistence is used in this EARLY PHASE build.

Prompt content can be sent to an OpenAI-compatible provider configured through OPENAI_BASE_ENDPOINT. Configure endpoint and credentials according to your organization security requirements.
